Samco Mutual Fund, launched after SEBI approval in July 2021, is the asset management arm of Samco Securities one of India's leading discount brokers founded by Jimeet Modi in 2015. With an AUM of approximately ₹2,900 crore as of March 2025 and a portfolio of nine actively managed schemes, the AMC combines fintech innovation with fund investing.

The AMC's core investment philosophy emphasizes efficiency buying quality companies at efficient prices while maintaining manageable turnover. It utilizes proprietary models, such as HexaShield, C.A.R.E. Momentum, DISRUPTION, and TRANSFORMER, to guide portfolio construction effectively.
