Shriram Mutual Fund is part of the Shriram Group, a prominent Indian financial conglomerate with a history spanning lending, insurance, and asset management. Incorporated in 1994 and gaining SEBI approval the same year, the AMC operates under Shriram Asset Management Company Limited and is headquartered in Mumbai.

With approximately ₹969.37 cr in Assets Under Management (AUM) and a suite of around eight to twelve schemes, Shriram Mutual Fund focuses on a balanced mix across equity, debt, hybrid, ELSS, and ETFs. Its offerings include the ELSS Tax Saver Fund, Flexi Cap, Balanced Advantage Fund, Aggressive Hybrid Fund, Liquid and Overnight Funds, Multi-Asset Allocation Fund, and Multi-Sector Rotation Fund.

The AMC follows a research-driven, risk-aware investment philosophy, supported by a capable management team, led by Kartik Jain as MD & CEO, along with CIO and fund managers such as Deepak Ramaraju, Gargi Bhattacharyya, and Sudip More. In 2023, Shriram AMC also launched an innovative Multi-Asset Allocation Fund leveraging quantamental strategies.
